"Locally produced champagne" - very restrictive celebration proposed by Guardian

Saturday's Guardian had an excellent pull-out by Mark Lynas: "Eight years and 32 actions to save the planet".

The radical plan culminated in 2015 with the instruction: "We did it! Global emission dip for the first time as countries rush to go low-carbon. Enjoy a glass of locally produced organic champagne."

Unless we all move to Reims, this is a rather restrictive celebatory entreaty.

PS. Noone likes a Smartalec do they? I know. Sorry.
