Boundary changes: LibDem No change, Tories +12, Labour -7

The BBC reports that Rallings and Thrasher from the University of Plymouth have calculated the winners and losers in the current round of boundary changes.

    But haven't we known this for ages ? I am not sure why the BBC or the Univsersity of Plymouth think it is news.
