It is refreshing that Grodon Brown has done a major interview on general policy and the world hasn't fallen in. (Unless I've missed it)...No Blairites bleating that Brown is trying to force Blair out of Number Ten...No Brownites saying Blair is a slippery devil and needs to name the day he will leave....No ministers screaming unattributed profanaties down the line to Nick Robinson...
It seems that Blair's perceived strong speech at Blackpool has introduced a more mature atmosphere in the Labour party.
For the sake of our sanity, that is to be welcomed.
